This is the second part of the double episode finale. Greg Roberts gives Charlotte a moral headache when he assaults a patient who has robbed the ward of pethidine. An obsessive gunman embarks on a shooting spree as he stalks Charlotte through the hospital. Terri breaks the rules to prevent her supervisor from dying.
