LUNG gets deeply touched by CHANG’s thoughtfulness but feels so sorry about all the trouble he has caused. JING is considering assigning a more important post to SZE and is afraid that LUI will show strong opposition to this. LUNG says they can ask for LAO’s support. JING suggests to LAO that KATE should participate in the administration of state affairs.
