Lýdia left Slovakia thirty years ago and has spent the past twenty on the beautiful island of Malta. Together, we step into the salt pans and explore the stunning island of Gozo. Of course, we will not go hungry. Lýdia treats us to generous local breakfasts and a traditional dinner featuring snails, all paired with excellent Maltese wine. After a day of indulgence, we also roll up our sleeves and get to work, as Lýdia joins in the production of a unique sheep’s milk cheese.
