An electrical short in Steve Austin’s bionic wiring causes him to crash land a plane in Colorado. Suffering from complete amnesia, he is taken in by a psychologist who is operating a home for the mentally depressed. Some locals in the town of Broken Fork do not want this home for “crazy” people in their community, and use strong-arm tactics to force it to move. Steven Austin gets embroiled in the controversy, amazing both himself and all witnesses with his seemingly inexplicable superhuman strength.
