NOK wants to take a leave to move house for his parents. He requests WAN to postpone his pilot test. WAN rejects his request. LI does not understand NOK’s predicament and reprimands him. SAN has forgotten about KEI’s birthday. She asks FUNG to send KEI a birthday card on her behalf. KEI stays at home alone on her birthday. Someone has sent her a chestnut cake. She thinks that it is from FUNG. At that moment, CHUEN appears, implying that the cake is from him. KEI flies into a rage and drives him out of the door. A patient has contracted a mutation virus.
