The exterior is in good shape and the comparable properties indicate the house could be a good value; but once they tour the home it becomes immediately clear that a lot of work and a lot of money will be required to update this 1927 home. Convinced that there's a profit to be made here despite the numerous challenges, Tarek and Christina punch their dance card and purchase the property.
