The theme of this episode is "Deep frying." We'll be making crispy deep-fried chicken wing Kara-age, flavored with sake and soy sauce and served with a Japanese-style negi green onion sauce made with dashi stock, and beautifully garnished with shishito chili peppers and white negionion.
